STATELINE, Nev. — Dave Matthews Band performed to a cheering crowd Tuesday night in Harvey’s Lake Tahoe.

Founding members Dave Matthews, Stefan Lessard and Carter Beauford were at the top of their game, as were the newest additions to the entire group. The band kicked off with “Fool In The Rain,” a nod to legendary musician Robert Plant who graced the same stage just over a week ago, and continued with many hits from previous albums.

As expected, the evening brought many familiar tunes which were performed with new arrangements, but the band was as precise as a German engine. The rows of seats that normally line the outer arena have been removed to give general admission ticket holders the freedom to stand where they can claim.
